The Daily Grind ~ 2/20/15

Good Morning!


It's bitterly cold and we have yet another storm system coming in this weekend! What the heck... I am so over this!!! Bring on spring, summer and fall and extend them and just forget winter next time!!

On the bright side we were surprised with a 3 day weekend. At 5:30am we were awakened to the text of a 2 hour delay..... but at 7:30am school was closed... the busses evidently decided to stage a walk out...as they didn't start!


I did my grocery run last night to avoid the panic crowd today with the storm coming in...

balance ckbk
pay bills
enjoy day off

HOA meeting was a bust....only prop mgr, myself (secretary), president and one proxy for a owner showed up! treasurer was sick. president agreed to stay on for the time being. Did get some stuff figured out, but sad that our other owners don't give a crap about our community!

today:
make lunch
Megan up and out
type up HOA meeting notes - send to prop mgr and board
process dance deposits
balance checkbook
order some script
nail appt.
make grocery list
scrap a few LO's
clean up desk area
p/u Megan
grocery shop
cable coming to replace my modem with newest Wi-Fi model
dinner
might be taking Megan and friends to movie if they can get it figured out or it might be tomorrow

Very cold here- 32 below!! Yes schools are closed - our kids only went 2 days this week!

Need to go to town but tomorrow is supposed to be warmer
Supper - hot soup!

Chae we NEVER get homeowners...small condo building of 24 units! oh well, we have more fun without them LOL...just sorry our president who has already served her 3 years has to continue for the time being.
