Happy Weekend!!

The sun is currently out - silly weathermen - no rain to speak of.

Just paid bills. Slowly draining bank accounts paying builders, architects and county fees. Makes one nervous to deplete the accounts you've spent years and years building up. The house will make it worth it!!

I keep telling myself that!!

Gotta clean here too. Dishes, laundry and vacuum. I have a mysterious "something is rotting" smell in the kitchen. Must go find that.

DH is moving cows around. DD already cleaned pig pen. No, actually pig pen. She hasn't started on her actual room yet. Then DHs cousin is coming over to help set the power pole for our construction project.Have to take pics of that!!

Alrighty...better get crackin. Happy scrapping!!

I'm here. I was doing breakfast dishes and mr Crockett put the SHARP knife in the dish water so I have a nice cut on my finger! Great. He felt so bad that he finished doing the dishes! Nice plan!!!!

We are going the the musuem at Roger Williams park today with the cub scouts. That should be fun. Then I'm off to the crop with Jennifer. I need godly time. We should have fun.

Back from shopping with the Little Bit. He needed new jeans. He bought himself 3 new pairs. Along with a Halo Mega Block toy and 3 new Star Wars figures. We love Target.

Also went to IHOP for breakfast, book stores, JoAnns and the pet store for more chews for the pups.

I bought myself a new scrapbook magazine with Sketches. I took it to the register and it was $14.99!!! For a magazine! I about lost it. Paid for it because I was so embarrassed for not looking at the price to being with. I thought magazines were between 6 - 8. Now I have to make sure I make a page with each sketch or I'm really going to be mad at myself.

Not sure what the rest of the weekend will bring. It's just Little Bit and me for the weekend. Eldest & DH went to KY.

Off to let Little Bit use the computer while I do laundry & scrap.

And nothing today! Arg! Everyone was sitting in the living room, waiting for the mailman... and he disappointed us. Oh well.

I'm sure they consider it a 'book' not a magazine because it's a 'special issue', and, if it was Barnes and noble they wouldn't have taken a coupon on it anyway, most likely. I got bit like that once, too. (Old lady, who remembers when you could get Family Circle for a dime)
