Good morning!!! IT's FRIDAY!!!!! 6 working days (counting today) until the long weekend. . .and just 7 WEEKS 'til our WDW Trip!!! Woohoooo!!

Deb, I can't believe how close your trip is getting!!!

My list for today:

3. Layout scrap pages?
4. DS & Stuff to mom's--don't forget tix & info
5. Work--remember to take stuff
6. Pick up DS
7. Laundry. . .laundry. . .laundry
8. Pull coupons for grocery store
9. DH & DS go to grocery store
10. I SCRAP WHILE THEY'RE GONE!!!
11. PL Pic--probably an "under 50 days til WDW" pic
12. Scrap 4-6 pages
13. Frozen meal for dinner
14. Watch DVR'd show
15. Go to sleep early!!

It's Friday, it's my birthday, it's gonna be a great day!!!!!!!

My list for today:
DS up and off to school
Send DS's girlfriend a thank you. She gave me a stuffed Tigger (he's my favorite!) and DS set it on the kitchen counter so that I'd see it first thing this morning when I got up to feed the cats. It's so sweet of her and unexpected. They've only been dating a month!
Wait for phone call from my Mom and then go run errands (library, Walgreens, Petsmart, grocery store)
Scrap - maybe I can get those last 4 pages from the last WDW trip finished today!
Dinner at a restaurant I've been wanting to go to. I've heard great things about it, but DH never wants to try it because he says it's always too busy and he doesn't like to wait, but since it's my day, I get to choose!!!!!
Hang out with my guys!

SIOH, I think you have a plan there - spouse and kid to the grocery whilst you scrap!

Oh _i've been meaning to pass this message on to the lady whose son wants to be an actor - While in California, I spent some time with my friend Duchess, who's husband is a working actor (not a star - not a name - but a person who more or less makes a living at acting). She says he is often asked to speak at high schools and colleges and his message is always the same "if you can do ANYTHING else, work at that instead" . Even after 20 years, he still spends quite a bit of time waiting table. I have another young friend "working as an actress" but really, she supports herself working at Whole Foods while auditioning for parts. She's had some good ones, but I suspect her advice would be similar.

Well.....

I really didn't "say" very much, just grabbed my coat and started for the door...

But, I'm one of those people that shows everything on my face... no poker face here at all.... if I think it, you can pretty well read it.

So, yesterday people were coming up to me saying how mad I was... seems my "face" did some talking again

Got a lot done this morning while I was motivating the kids to get a move on!

Today:
Pick photos for kids' Valentine's Day collage photos (going to make them 8x10 photo and put a special note on it)
Send said photos to Walgreen on Saturday to be printed
Follow up w/ BMV (long story short they are idiots)
Make small shopping list for tomorrow (Mom is coming up to scrapbook shop)
Check on progress of our taxes
scrapbook 10:15 - 2:00pm
pick up DS10 from school
DD home (no college class today)
DD back to pick up DS14 from school
Kids to clean their rooms after school (make beds/put up laundry)
dinner
enjoy a movie with the family tonight

Help Sarah with her "Frank" make-up
Have a "Rocky" party

I am waiting on the doctor to call me back...my throat is so red it looks like it has been colored with a crayon. We are supposed to be heading out of town to visit family. Not sure if that is going to happen. I feel icky!

DS is watching a Disney sing along and is so excited about all of the park sights...it is so hard to not say, We will see all of that soon!

TRM ~ BMV Bureau of Motor Vehicles... Submitted my vehicle renewals 1/31... they mailed out 1 of 3 registrations on 2/4.. got on 2/5 before deadline for them expiring for the year... Oh, the kicker to this is.. the local branches can NOT renew registrations any more and give you tags, it has to come for a central office via mail .. This is their way of being more EFFECIENT! Somebody had an EPIC fail on this situation..

Of course when I call... they can't tell me where the missing ones are.. they see they were renewed but won't send them back out.. I was not happy and told them that... fell on deaf ears... (great customer service ~ note extensive saracasm here!)

Next up is a letter to the Governor.. Perhaps he shouldn't be considering a run for President but instead fixing his pitiful BMV!

Update: My tags finally arrived today! Yay! We are legal to drive our vehicles again!!!!
