was the day after Christmas....

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.

Ours was strained to say the least. Mom and my older brother jeff got into a HUGE fight. To much drama between them over the past year and it all boiled over before church. Jeff didn't come to any of the festivities. Will see if they work it out. Ugly words from both.

Megan and I did have a sweet day together.

Today
Clean up house, might start taking down some decorations
Pick up Megan's car
One return to target for Megan, not sure if I want to deal with it today or tomorrow.
Wait to hear from friend if we are getting together tonight.
Not sure of what else.

Afternoon!

Had a good Christmas, family left yesterday afternoon and made it home safely. Joe and I spent this morning boxing up Christmas and cleaning. Why does the house always seem so empty once all the Christmas decor is put away?

Dad is out of the hospital and resting at his girlfriends house. He goes back for a check up later this week and the doctor will then determine if it is safe enough for him to travel. My sister and her husband plan to go up there and bring him home once he gets the all clear. Thank you for keeping him in your prayers

Lisa - sorry about the family drama but glad to hear you and Megan had a good day!
Chae - sounds like you had a good day too!
Nan - continued prayers to you and yours....

Still washing all the bedding and playing catch up. He will be back to the weekly grind for me tomorrow - enjoy your day!
