The Daily Grind ~ 12/18/15

Good Morning!
Hope everyone is having a good day and a wonderful holiday season!
B arrived in good spirits last evening and Larry said they had some really good conversations on the way down.

Today:
A to school
get rest of B's school paperwork together and bring it to the high school
1 batch cookies
help B unpack (it was after 8pm when she got to the house last night and she unpacked a tiny bit and then facetimed with some friends- so she needs to start wotking on it today
get DH to put up B's fan
dinner- steak, sweet potatoes, vegies
no special events planned for today but I will check on a few things for over the weekend

Field trip was good, so different taking HS kids, no issues!

dryer vent people coming between 9 and 10
call insurance co - received bill from my mammogram from January???
call attic company to schedule getting my bathroom fan/vent tube reinstalled
pay couple bills / balance checkbook
p/u Megan at 12:30!
figured out if we want to do anything after school
get break to do's/want to do's figured out
dinner

Good Afternoon ladies!!

Rebecca- so glad B arrived in good spirits. Hope she got unpacked today and registering for HS went smoothly.
Chae -- Happy Anniversary!
Lisa - yay for vent fix.. What the heck w/ the mammo bill???
Becky -- yes we heard about those too... This fool here is still posting smack... I hope they throw the book and this person we are dealing with... It's awful what I have read is being posted and done. We saw photos of the 2 arrested in our town and (faced blurred of course on news) but B confirmed that is what the 2 were wearing at school that day... This has lead to many conversations with all of my kids... especially thinking about what we can get for J's classroom for protection..

I have done so much today.. OH my gosh... I have accomplished a lot... Who would have thought...

Left on today's agenda:

discuss w/ DH what all I did today and things that I did in preparation for somethings that need mailed out soon.
review list w/ DH about things the college kids needs to finish while on break (easy stuff but don't want to forget anything)
dinner
review cost of t-rex to give money amount parents needs to give us since they are not going on vacation w/ us now but want to give us money for the meal they were buying
list for tomorrow
