Thanks for the well wishes! I wish I knew when it would be better. The swelling isn't changing and the pain is crazy weird. I'm really getting pretty good at doing things with my left hand. (Including typing) It's really frustrating more than anything. I love wrapping presents, so it's killing me that they aren't up to my normal standards. My bows look pathetic. No handmade tags either. Can't scrap. But on the upside, DH has done most of the cooking! He's a much better cook than me!

Ash- So sorry to hear about your hand, but so glad to see you!! Hope the hand feels better soon!

Nan- isn't it just way cool when the kids "get it"? Glad you found your special giftie too!

Holly- I so know where you are at!

So, the presents get so much smaller when the kids get older... but they cost so much more! What's up with that?!?

Going to do my pamper of the day...check in later. Then some power shopping if I don't fall asleep first

Holly, look at the joy in Bubba's eye regarding the holidays. That should get rid of your funk.

My to do list for Monday:

Empty the dishwasher
Clean kitty's box
feed kitty
put wood in the woodstove
find address labels
sweep kitchen floor
write in DD's communication book
get DD up and ready for school
mail out Christmas cards
call the drs. office
call the pharmacy
call the vet's
caffeinate
work
drop off kitty's sample at the vets
pick up prescription at the pharmacy
buy more stamps for remaining Christmas cards
get estimate for cleaning of dining room oriental rug
get kitty's test results - ring and lungworms are gone, kitty is doing great!!!
no swim tonight - thank goodness
