Another fun, busy, but not crazy day here!

Today is "make monkey bread" day so we'll get that going in a few minutes. Charity drop off trip, Patriots game on tv this afternoon, fix couple of things around the house, DH to the gym, and maybe get the lights on the tree. We usually don't put our tree up so early, but got a lovely one yesterday from a local farm and it smells so fabulous that we couldn't resist. (Also grabbed a couple of homemade caramel apples from there - yum!)

Well we are having a dooozie of a storm.....hope it blows through before our friends come this afternoon!

today, need to get food prep and put meatballs in crockpot to warm, layout everything.
clean up kitchen
swiffer floors in kitchen
put bows on cookie tins for my friends
wait for them to come.....
enjoy our friends and pig out!

Busy, Busy days!!!

Finished our shopping yesterday.. minus the sticks of butter (DD's fault; she was to remember), sucker sticks for chocolate Santa Suckers and white sn*wflakes, 8 gift bags for DD's friend's gifts....

Today:
clean, sweep & mop bathroom
clean, sweep & mop hallway
clean, sweep, & mop entry way
clean, sweep, dust & mop family room
DS14 to soccer conditioning
finish laundry
pick up DS14 from practice @ 3pm
kids to clean rooms to mom's approval (will check at 4pm)
clean, sweep and organize the scraproom mess
start wrapping gifts
make list of things to get tomorrow at store (last run til holidays are over)
clean, sweep & mop kitchen
clean, sweep & mop dining room


Hope everyone has a great day.. We have flurries but nothing much here... unlike other areas.... for those in those areas..stay safe!!!

go see about a new furbaby for her. The sweetest two year old German Shepherd has joined the family. She started out as a guide dog for the blind but couldn't get passed being distracted by cats. She is now going to be an uber indulged darling for my Mom.

bubba has been sick. i've been sick. life has been super crazy.

i took my whole bedroom apart and cleaned it from head to toe.
mr.crockett took the bed off the frame and cleaned under the bed....
i had a family living under there. daddy and mommy dust bunnies
with there 3 children!!

i really should go to the grocery store, but not feeling like it.

I survived a sleepover! The girls were actually really good. They slept downstairs in the dining room on an air mattress (with a frame). I went down around 10:30 and told them it was time to quiet down. I didn't hear them again until around 3:30 when someone got up to go to the bathroom. They said they slept 3 hours, but I don't believe that, I'm sure it was longer.

We ended up doing some Perler Bead crafts. I like Perler Beads!

The tree is up. Football is on.

it was just his aunt my parents and 1 of my BF's and her family. She's the kind of person that everyone loves. her son just idolizes e anyway.

I'm glad this weekend is OVER now on to the the surprise one on sat. tom turns 40!!! After I get through that I can finish shopping and start wrapping!
