Man oh man I am SORE today. My pain and torture therapist stretched me to infinity and beyond yesterday creating several embarrassing bursts into tears. Crying like a baby I was, sigh! Granted I can move my arm more than I ever could in months which is good. Not looking forward to his afternoon's session...

Grocery shop
Continue trying to make ortho follow-up appt. I have been calling since Monday afternoon and have been placed on hold every time for 20 minutes each time before I hang up. Trying 3 different times a day - so there goes an hour...grrrrr....

I am so sorry Becky. Sorry for the pain and sorry for the ortho office that definitely needs more help in the front office.

Today's agenda:

B up, to school for morning meeting; await text after school for forestry meeting
nap -1 hour (slept but still exhausted)
scrap -- had to fight w/some embellishments yesterday so didn't get what I wanted done
clean C's room
scrap
dinner
walk 3 miles (10am during DH's meeting)
homework

Supper - out with DH. I have a birthday coupon that expires today
