Deb--I thought of you yesterday. We are going to do a Disney Cruise in 2013 (big bdays for DH & DS), and I was playing around on the site. Made me think of you getting ready to book excursions!!

Linda--Have fun at Stamp Club!! I need to get my Christmas Card List together, too! Thanks for the reminder!

Next week at this time and I'll be heading down to WDW!!!!! The last couple of weeks have been crazy (and so will this upcoming week) so I sure need this trip!

Today is showtime!!! DS's play starts tonight. I can't wait to see it (and him).

Call WDW and make a change on the reservation
Make last couple of signs for my scrapbook class

Make some Toy Story decorations for DS's party on Saturday

Have several tasks done already today!
Left to do is:

older kids out the door to school (finals day!!!)
nap
fold load of laundry
put laundry into kids' rooms
kids to put laundry away after practices tonight
clean DS10's room
clean up kitchen (cleaning out cabinets today)
template parade mickey
try out medallians
pull paper choices and write up supply list for Sunday's shopping
grocery for necessities
pick up kids from school
snack (should be no homework as it's finals day and end of trimester ~ day off tomorrow)
list of chores for this evening so we are done & none tomorrow
older kids home from practices
dinner
movie night with kids (after Big Bang Theory of course!)


I hope everyone has a wonderful day! Time to check a few more things out and go see how stressed the older kids are!

Two weeks from today I'll be leaving for Disney! Hopefully the roads will be deer-free!!

Clean off kitchen counter-consolidate Halloween candy into one big bag
Sweep & vacuum
Clean carpets in family room
Finish packing up Halloween decorations & put in the attic
Get a few Christmas boxes out of attic
Naptime-work on Couples swap
Work on football scrapbook pages
Kids home-homework
BFF coming over to look at Disney t-shirt designs
Keep checking all day for Luau ressie
Watch Grey's & crash

yay for disney countdown

here's another way for sweet potatoes that I make....make my regular mashed potatoes and add in the sweets too, usually 4 to 1 ratio, makes them soooo much better!

have her fold
have megan clean her room
dinner - french dips, didn't have them last night

Just realized I never checked in today

DD2s play was awesome last night--3 more nights to go Who knew such a straight laced girl could play such a great May West

DH was home today we went shopping & out to lunch. We're going to the craft fair tomorrow

Cheryl, that's great she is doing such a wonderful job, hope we get to see pictures! sounds like you had a fun day with your DH too!


just have to share....I guess its not "cool" to have you mom show up at lunchtime when your a 5th grader....had finished up in library right when megan goes to lunch, went in to say hi, and I got the "go away mom wave"...where did my baby who used to run up to me go, not liking this growing up thing she's doing!

I'm not sure yet, we were talking about the restaurants, there is a new one, but the copay is $75 each Not sure we will be doing that one. Palo for Brunch if we can get a ressie. DH was talking about a cabana massage at Castaway Cay... I'm thinking we aren't going to do much "planned" stuff at Nassau...

Lisa, I'm sure you heard about your lunchtime drop-in when she got home! It's interesting how they don't know us when their friends are around, but they sure remember you when they need something!

actually she said it was okay, just not to do it all the time.....her friends did say hi to me, go figure, but then I always thought my friends mom's were cooler than mine.
