Holly we never say no to books either only problem is I can't pass them on I want to save them for their kids I have BOXES of books packed away already. E's like Bubba he'll read 1/2 the night if I let him. L well he reads but he perfers hunting mags.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Bubba sounds like my husband - he goes through at least one a week, so i've started buying him books at used book sales - of course I have to carry his 'list' with me so I know what he's already read!

Late start today - up in the night so I slept in and missed pool this morning.

Today, I will
drink more water - down two pounds today from the 5 I was up yesterday.
go to the gym later
blood pressure check - everything was up yesterday
Finish cleaning downstairs
finalize grocery list for Turkey day.
Put my scrappy stuff away.

I've got a list a mile and a half long. Already changed the beds. The towels are in the washer. Other laundry is sorted.

Working on GS stuff today. I've put it off until the last possible minute.

I have all three books. I would happy to lend them to you. I will need them back for when Little Bit is ready to read them. I love the series myself.

We never say no to books here. My boys are frequent visitors to our local Half Price Book store.

I love working the book fair because it also give discounts to the workers. We get 30% off. I did spend 3 [5 if you include cents] digits in books during those two weeks, with my discount. But we also go very light on the presents for Christmas because we don't deny during the year. They actually on want some new clothes and boots for Christmas.

DIT--I missed wishing AndrewNO a HAPPY BIRTHDAY yesterday! Tell him I hope it was great!

6. Clean kitchen cabinets (didn't do this yesterday)
7. Drink more water--I've been eating pretzels b/c they were here and not drinking as much water. . .boy I can tell it!

9. Talk to mom after surgery
10. Walk, if it ever stops raining
11. Nap
12. Do work stuff
13. Dinner
14. Bedtime!

I woke up feeling like myself again! Guess it's a work day for me today

DS18 and DH have gone to the college to meet with the Chair of the Environmental Technology dept. He thinks this might be his major, and wants to know what he needs to do to be accepted.

I'm home making stuff for the pot luck... Rice salad, zucchini bites, and cuppycakes

drop megan off at my DB have mtg at school tonight for a school aquarium project/field trips...if I go to this mtg, the two field trips (beach & aquarium) and help with project I will get a one year family pass to the Seattle aquarium for FREE!!!

Yay for book fairs!! We have a hard time saying no to books around here also.

I actually missed the one at our school during Fall Festival!The horror.
I am sure I will hit the Spring one.

Christy I cleaned my truck out yesterday. I think stuff DOES multiply in there! All I can say is I wonder how DD10 even had clean socks in her drawer. I think I found 5 pair in my truck!

all I can say about the truck and where did it all come from and I've GOT to get that dang seal fixed!!!!

had a great lunch with my friend now I'm finishing catching up on the IEP reading I think everything went great all his teachers love him and appreciate how hard he works and self advocates for himself. he's come so far. Today was his first meeting I thought it was important for him to understand what goes on with this whole process and I must say this was an easy one. He will have the same teachers next year to. I need to reread it tonight to make sure all the accomidations are there.

get ready for dinner out to celebrate his report card.

Mom came through her eye surgery fine today! She won't know if she can see or not until they take the bandages off tomorrow, but she's feeling ok.

The other surgery (different thing) is next Tuesday. It has a 6-8 week recovery, so we're hoping it goes well, too!
