going to visit my mom in am

Michaels for t'shirt project for WDW, ornaments for megan to make family, photo mats for a drawing that Jim did, I'm copying it to give to family for xmas...20 % coupon

Target for odds and ends, xmas gift card

Mall for xmas shopping and lunch --- JCP gc to use up

Kohls' to look for a casual winter coat for me if I don't find one before 30% coupon here

food shopping, decided to wait so Megan can help lug everything up the stairs, need to do a big shop!

No work or school today. We have the Veteran's Day Parade this morning and then dentist appointments in the afternoon. I hope to see Holly and Bubba in between

morning all Happy Vetrens Day all that have it off enjoy! We switched today off so that we can have black friday off and a 4 day weekend. so my normal is happening
I'd hoped to sleep in but Tom and the dog decided they needed the ENTIRE bed I woke up literally falling out.

Then i need to FLY home grab the boys and fly to west leb they have 1:30 pics it's been forever since I had them done together. Timing is going to be tight!!! They will be spending the day with their auntie help putting things away and cleaning up around the farmhouse then Tom has to spend a day doing the heavier stuff.

after that it's swim team and home thinking i might do the weekly errands inbetween don't know though for sure.

Candy bar wrappers...these might do me in. You'd think it would be easy, but I had such a brain block...

First, the candies don't come with the silver foil and the paper label anymore, so I had to remeasure... OK, no big deal. But I was totally having a block as to what to say till yesterday.

The cake is a puzzle theme. She is really big on puzzles. So I looked for puzzle piece clip art, and found one that looked like the piece was not in place...so the caption is "It's going to feel like a piece is missing" then "Happy Retirement Annette!!" Bars are covered with yellow paper and I used a business card template in the print works graphics program to make the top. Then I just printed it up on cardstock...

I'll post a pic when I decide which edge punch I like best

My nephew was born yesterday! I am not sure when we will get to see him but he is adorable in pictures!

Today:
charge conference forms
clean bathroom
sort shirts- done (we had ordered Christmas shirts with our church name on them so I sorted them by family and paid/not paid to give out)
put away stuff on table
have Daniel choose out the gifts he is giving to nieces/nephews from what I bought Sat at Disney- send mom the bill for the rest of the stuff i bought for them
clean off counters
dinner- ???
figure out what to serve with the pulled pork on Sunday for our guests- I don't think there is enough of it for everyone so I need another meat that will go.

Happy Veterans Day. A BIG thank you to our military members and their families.

My to do list for today:

Sleep in. DD and I are off today, we managed to sleep in well. She is adjusting to a med change so it was good to sleep in.

I am feeling well enough to tackle some electrical issues that have popped up. First, why landline isn't connecting. Fixed! Next finish Gypsy and Expression update. I tried it about a week ago and my Expression turned out the black screen of death. Ohh, ohh, my E screen just displayed real words rather than jibberish. Oh, the update worked!!! A successful day.

Depending on my energy, I should do:

make bed
do laundry
put laundry away
put dinner in the crock pot - gotta do this now!! .....................

we had a fun day, visited with mom, spent about 4 hours at Michaels, Target and the mall had lunch at Panera Bread had yummy french onion soup in a bread bowl and FINISHED OUR XMAS SHOPPING

still didn't get to the food store, oh well, something easy for dinner!

also found a shelf thing for my carts...its actually a DVD holder, so I can get them out of one of my drawers. will get them organzied tonight.
