Prayers and Pixie Dust to those in the Northeast who were affected by Sandy...

Just some errands to run today - housekeeper comes today thank goodness!
Will get some other things done around the outside of the house this weekend before DH starts his 12 hour days on Monday for re-fueling outage number two. I'm headed to WDW on Wednesday for girlie vacation with my BFF of 26 years who lives in Rifle, CO. I can't wait!

A Girls getaway sounds wonderful - I don't think my GFs would go, they think I'm silly as it is

today is work (keep thinking, gotta pay for Disney)
then finish gluing Splash Mt paper piecing - thinking I need some more, kinda wanting to make Br'er Bear, Fox & Rabbit all seprate - need to find something to trace for that

Megan got a haul TorT, she weighed her candy 5pounds...luckily she does't like about half of it so going to drop it at school for incentive days!

do some research on things we need to bring to Haiti
call cell phone co to see if I can add service for Haiti or not

finish cleaning house

dinner - chili (making a bit extra for us)

Hi Ladies - we had about 100 TorT come and I wore my mouse ears and Hubs wore his Kane mask rotfl2: he is a wrestler for those who don't know) but I made him take it off when the little ones came up to the porch..

today I've got to work.. BLEH.. but anyway not too much happening, I have to run to Deb and return a skirt my DD didn't need, then off to CVS to get some soda as it's on sale and Hubs is addicted.. (boo) then home to make some shake and bake extra crispy pork nuggets and homemade mac and cheese for dinner.. we have our first community neighborhood watch meeting at 6:30 then home for the CMA's!!

afternoon all

well I think my life might be getting back to it's dull roar instead of insane!
Party was a HUGE success over 100 little kids
I feel so for all those affected by Sandy many of the villagers are having nightmares for those affected since they've lived it. Me well at least my yard is cleaned up for winter and I only have to take down the horse pen we didn't need.
We are full blown into library design and have a community meeting on the 8th. Ground breaking will hopefully be april 1.
And my computer is back after catching a "NASTY" virus. It now had double virus protectors McAffee and a malware one.

So I'm going to spend a few mins catching up on life here then I've got to start sorting pics for my crop on the 14th.

Plus i get a me weekend as deer season starts for the boys (youth weekend) on sat am! I will be placing the reminders to be quite out on friday night.

Meeting was cancelled for tonight so I get to stay home. Might try to finish up letters for Epcot swap so tomorrow I can actually scrap some pages after I organize the pictures.

Christy, I so know what you mean.. I have so many photos to print... I have to start figuring out if I want to do 8x8 or 12 x 12 book for the girls' sorority stuff... I think maybe a 12x12.. and then an 8x8 for everyday college life..


Alright, I have a few minutes so I'm going to open up craftroom and try to make a sorority word book for the girls... I have an idea from a webpage... I have the greek letter cart so it should work!

Hope everyone has a good evening... Need to check on Buffy.. I haven't heard from her today.. She did!!! I is alive, just sick and busy. No rest for the weary!! LOL

That's a list... My oh my!!!

I need to start my list.. I am currently fighting with the craftroom..but it doesn't help when the boys all need to discuss electrical wiring with me... Uh, last time I checked my college degree was NOT in electrical engineering or anything of the like! You want to talk education and nursing... let's roll!!!

Oh, need to order good iron on vinyl for the girls' shirts... and some extra for PJ's Christmas ones... and next DISNEY trip.... things could be looking even better for Christmas next year... if things go right... we could be dumpin' some trash soon!


ETA: don't let me forget to remind PJ and Britt to change their clocks this weekend.. this is the first time they are on their own.. they'll have to remind the boys down the hall too!

I would love to do that..but May is just not good...

OH crush.. need to follow up and see when I can get DS16 in for his driver's test... as of Nov 29th he can obtain his license.. If I take him in to where he did driver's ed, he can take his driving test there instead of with the crab that is at the BMV! We made him drive in the wicked winds this past week.. a whole new appreciation he got having to pay much closer attention to where he is in the lane and the fact that the wind was moving him around a bit!
