Well, I can tell this is going to NOT be a good day! I just went to leave for work and my car won't start! It was fine, lights came on the bells were binging and then I turned the key and everything went dead! So, I'll start the day off by being late for work. DH is on his way to come get me. I guess we'll be doing some car figuring out later.

Pam-so sorry to hear about your friend. That is horrible.
Sorry your day got off to a bad start Stephanie.

Mine did too. Kids missed the bus, loaded up all kids + babysit kids (5 kids total). Took them to school, unloaded babysit kids, then I saw DS8's add medicine on the kitchen table where he had forgot to take it. Loaded babysit kids back up, drove back to the school, gave DS his medicine. Now I'm back home and want to go back to bed.

That is amazing. What a great experience and honor for him. Hope the car problem has been fixed.

My Wednesday was not as planned but I guess that is life, one rolls with the punches.

My to do list:

Feed cats
clean litter box
write check for DD's school pictures
Empty dishwasher
clean kitchen
load of laundry in the dryer, one in the wash, and fold another
Remind DH he has an appt with the dr to get his stitches out this afternoon
stayed home with DD as she had three seizures between 7:30 and 11:00. My poor baby. She is wiped out, sleeping it off on the couch.
Called the doctor
Mom stop over with lunch

Oh, Lisa, your poor DD. I bet that's scary for all of you. and prayers that something can be done to keep the seizures from happening.

The only day the chorus at DS's school could get to perform at the Candlelight Processional at WDW was the day after Thanksgiving. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get that day off since I work at Michaels and that's a BIG shopping day, but the manager gave me the time off!!!!! I thought about chaperoning the trip, but then I may have to be backstage and not get to see them perform. So, DH and I will go down on our own and have a nice 2 day trip to WDW with just the two of us. We haven't done that since before DS was born!!!

DS is really excited about performing at the CP. Now, my fingers are crossed that he gets to go. The chorus instructor takes sign-ups and checks for this trip in the order of who has been in chorus longest. DS has only been there for 2 years so he's behind the 4th and 3rd year students. Keep your fingers crossed that he can go!!!

As for the car, DH thinks it's the battery. It's completely dead and we can't get it jump started so he's off to get another one. Of course my car has a wierd battery that's in the trunk of the car and takes metric tools which DH doesn't own. DH has found a battery and is off to go get that and pick up some tools and hopefully this evening I'll have a car that starts!

Dateline - upstate New York. Home safe and sound. Started out in sunshine, ended up in rain - the weather perfectly matched my mood. 3350 miles driven.

I love my Wednesdays off. DH and DsD are off so we spend the day all together. We spent the morning running errands, and the evening doing fun stuff.
