Glad we have a diagnosis for Megan.. Double ear infections are awful.. poor thing...
We'll continue doing what is best and school will understand.. if not.. once you are done giving them an earful, I'm sure the rest of the Dis Auntie won't mind taken them on too!!!

Ok, back to cooking dinner.. just wanted to check in...
Buffy ~ got my grocery list ready.. 3 stores tomorrow...
Marsh, Kroger and Dollar General.. who knew DG was selling name brands now.. Kelloggs, All, etc.. and they have a good sale... debating on Ragu sp. sauce.. 6 for the price of 4 @ $8 total..that's 2.00 a jar.. heck Kroger is more than that a jar... Plus DG does take manufactures coupons too.. Kleenex is 3 pk for 2.50.. I have a 50 cent coupon.... so 3 for 2.00... not too shabby... plus the winter we need kleenex...

I told Megan her Dis Aunties were sending hugs....she smiled!!! we are heading to school to pick up some homework and check in with her teacher, they have been nothing but supportive!!! thankfully I dont have to battle them!

we both took a little nap, feeling a bit better, bed early tonight for us both!

Thinking a bug is worming it's way torward me today not long after my post I was freezing cold and now sore throat is starting. think I'm going to forgo the wii and have a bit of food take my advil and go to bed. Tom's at a meeting so the boys can handle watching tv and putting themselves to bed.

GOOD Morning!

Rained earlier, but stopped now - temp in the low 60s.

MomE down early - she never stirred when I took her glasses off. I got up at 5:30, the others were all up by 7. Breakfast eaten, the livingroom overrun with luggage and we're marking time until we can go to the port. Everyone has butterflies!

See you in a couple weeks unless I have internet time to spare.
Hope everyone stays well and has happy days.

It was a whopping 19 in CT this morning. I think the glasses help her see better in her dreams.

back from the dr...double ear infection, explains the "noise" too, got antibiotics, fluids and rest...

poor kid, that must hurt.

My Thursday to do:

feed cats
put wood in the woodstove
get DD up and ready for school
caffeinate
talk to MomE, she was getting great glee sharing the warm temps of FL with me.
work
grocery store - wanted to do this before the storm tomorrow. People in New England get crazy about going to the grocery store if there is a slightest chance of a storm coming.
stop for gas - driving MomE's van almost on fumes.

Lisa--I hope Megan is feeling better, ear infections are AWFUL! I'm also glad her school and the counselors are working with you--that's terrific!

Today was sort of nuts at work, and then I had to get 3 vaccines after work. . .the one for whooping cough/tetanus, etc, and then hepatitis A and hepatitis B. I am DRAGGING this evening!

It's supposed to sn*w here tonight. The day off tomorrow to recuperate would be great. We did the grocery store tonight. It was INSANE!!

I'm still cutting and sorting coupons. I decided to follow that krazy coupon ladies categories. I'm not going to the store tomorrow because it's supposed to snow and the stores will be crazy and the kids might get out early.
I'm dropping them off, going to gas up m car and hanging by the computer to watch the early dismissal calls.

Oh and I have enough pillsbury coupons to feed all of New York City!!
