Ok, I just hate watching the news any more... 2-4" due in tonight; 1-3" additional tomorrow... I'm so over this winter season... they actually said that after this round of snow systems coming in we will hit the "snowiest" January since records started being record.. we are already at 33"!

We have another 2 hour delay due to the negative wind chill in the double digit again... then the extended forecast shows negative double digit temps next week!

Today's agenda:

load and run dishwasher
fluff and fold load of towels
send DH off to work
ck email/fb/dis

read a couple of articles about a situation around here (why oh why!):worried:  I just don't understand... I just would never have expected anything like that... :faint:
work on PL 2014 family album
DS13 up
make lunch for him

clean bathroom
DS13 to school
DS17 up (no lunch for him because he goes to school directly for lunch the way the schedule is with the 2 hour delays)
DS to school

schedule for the weekend

I hope everyone has a fantastic day... Stay safe and stay warm!

Happy Friday!

Nan - wow, the snowiest January ever recorded! That's a lot of snow! Try to stay warm :) It's a warmer start here, 58 out right now. 13 degrees warmer than yesterday morning.

Well my Dad has had a set back with his foot. As you recall he had his other 4 toes on his right foot amputated back in early December. He was healing nicely; in fact he got his medical shoe and the all clear to drive short distances a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, on Monday night he had sharp pains go through his foot and leg and his leg was warm to the touch. He went to the doc next morning and it was determined that he has Charcot - a condition were your foot bones degenerate. Happens to people who have had diabetes for several years. It actually happened in his left foot 9 years ago. So, he is now in a cast for 6-8 weeks and of course, no driving. He has had a really rough 18 months. Between Mom passing, a couple of his friends passing and his foot issues since last April - I really feel for him. Still he is maintaining a positive attitude. I hope to go see him in the next month or two...

So for today:
Morning chores
Walk
Scrap
Pizza for dinner
Watch a movie with DH

Have a good day!

Becky
