the thomsonfly plane was headed from cancun to BHX a couple of weeks ago and had to divert to sanford.

I quite agree. I actually think the airlines should restrict the alcohol seved onboard - especially as the effects are tripled at altitude.

That is very re-assuring to know. When we had a similar incident last year we saw the guy get escorted off to a security room at Sanford. Part of me would very much like to know what happened to him - whether or not he was even allowed in the USA.
