OOC: It's report time! I can't be bothered to come up with a witty and punny title, so just pretend there is
On Saturday, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon resort reopened after it's annual refurbishment, and to celebrate the first wave of 2011 in the surf pool, the kind folk at Disney held a special, all-expenses paid trip to the water park for a select few. All the park guests enjoyed the day, using the park's many water-rides such as Crush 'n' Gusher, a water-coaster themed around an abandoned fruit process centre, and Humunga Kowabunga, an enclosed slide, reaching speeds of up to 55mph.
"I liked Crush & Gusher the most. What a ride!" Aladdin said when asked what he enjoyed the most. His partner, Jasmine, said "I liked Castaway Creek the most". Cinderella and Prince Charming both agreed that that day spent in the park was swell, even if Cinderella had spent the entire day in her ball gown, getting it completely soaked, although this might be because "We don't have water parks at the kingdom." according to the prince.
Although a fun day was had by all, the celebration was brought to an abrupt hault as the first wave of 2011 was disrupted by the senseless murder of a male cast member, who was pushed into the machinery that makes the 6-foot high waves along the surf pool. When interviewed, most people thought the untimely death was deliberate. However, many disagreed about whether the killer had a motive. Where Alice says "I don't think he/she had a motive...", Prince Edwards comments "I don't know what a motive is, but they must have had a reason to commit this heinous act!". This reporter overheard from the park management that this crime could have been commited not by one person, but by multiple people! When told this, Tinkerbell replied "The killer might've had an accomplice. Although, they might have acted alone. It just depends.", which seems to be the general reply from everyone.
Following the incident, Typhoon Lagoon was closed to the public, and those in the park at the time have been forced to stay in the park until the murderers have been found. The following day, another terrible incident occured as Stitch and Angel were both killed. They were both pushed into Castaway Creek, the round river that circles the park, and drowned. There were signs of a struggle as Stitch was seemingly knocked out with a blunt object. When asked why the killers chose Stitch and Angel, Prince Phillip replied "I'm not sure. They did arrive late here. They also called themselves aliens, maybe the murderer doesn't like aliens.", whereas Doctor Doofenschmirtz says "Maybe the killer envied them". However, a broken piece of glass was found at the scene of the crime. This has been considered to be a clue as to who the murderers are. Many park guests couldn't think of a reason for glass to be left behind, however a few had their own theories. Aladdin believes the murderer might have vanity issues, Princess Aurora believes it could be a weapon used for other purposes, and Snow White believes it might from some sort of fashion accessory. As of writing this, none of the park guests believe it could be one of them, but someone who wasn't invited to the celebration. Someone here to cause plenty of trouble. Alice says "I don't think anyone here would do it! It was probably the Queen of Hearts!", Prince Phillip expects it to be "the evil deeds of Maleficent, if she rose from the dead.", and Cinderella thinks it could be a Prince.
So far, detectives haven't discovered who might of done these murders, and until more evidence is found around the park, it will be a long time before the murderers will be discovered. Hopefully, nobody else has to die before this evidence is uncovered, and that the killers will be brought to justice soon enough.
