The countdown to POP Century - September 2011!!!!

My DH loves Disney also but he won't talk about it that much. I could talk all day about it and I drive him crazy sometimes.

So everyone ready to make ADR's in the next couple of months. I think I have all of mine planned out. Just need park hours to make it 100%. I am going by last September hours at this point.

Am doing the same! Have my ADRs ready and have based park hours on last years...if it doesn't work out I will just juggle my days a bit. Bring on the official park hours...can't wait!

Glad it is just not me driving my closest mad by talking disney 24/7

I am all planed(untill i re read it and tweak with changes) but i have a double wammie, i have to wait for the intial ADR's to open up, then possiple re do it slightly when MNSSHP dates open up. Where going the 19th so we are going to catch a couple of MNSSHP dates. So i might have to re tweak it a bit after words.

I am really hoping we get a MNSSHP date. We went twice last year during our trip. I love it!

We have our airline tickets. Next I need to reserve the Town Car. I know we can use ME but we love the Town Car option. Gets us to the resort fast!

Well just had our flights changed for a 2nd time. I know booking early you run into this. I just hope they don't change anymore.

I thought of the town car idea,but the ME makes it feel so much more Disney!!. But going back(we will transfer to Hard rock after 9 nights at POP) the town car sounds like a awsome Idea. The taxis are so rude!,i feel bad saying that,i drove taxi for a year it can be a tough job. Twice we have taken the cab back to orlando,and both times the driver did not get out of the car,once the driver did not even roll down his window and was on his cell the whole time. Now I am not real big on the whole you have to love your job but come on, if you do not even want to get out of your cab to ask if you want any assitance, you should not be a cab driver.

I do like the town car but the "free" ME sounds great also. It is $115.00 for the town car we get plus tip. That is for a round trip.

Hi Everyone! I hope you don't mind me joining We are doing a split stay this year and will be at POP September 28th-October 2nd Then moving over to the Poly until the 7th. We stayed at POP in November and had such a great time there. I cannot wait to go back!

I can't wait for the hours to be posted and for my dining window to open. I plan on MNSSHP while we are there. I've never stayed at POP before and I'm excited!

So DD (4) has requested the "flower and dancing people building" lol our first night there in November she pointed at it and said "I want to stay in this one when we come back!" I made sure when I booked the reservation that I requested the 60's just for her. The one thing I regret is that in the whole time we were there, we didn't stop to enjoy POP. Now that we are going to be there for a longer, more relaxed trip, I'm excited to walk around and take pictures of everything.

lol with this snowstorm we are about go get that's supposed to dump another 15-20 inches of snow upon us, and the temperature sitting about -20 without the windchill, I just wish this trip was a little sooner than it is

On our first trip to POP I never got out and walked around either. Our room was so close to the bus stop and main building that was as far as I went. I was mad at myself when we got home. DH walked around and took lots of pictures so I saw those after the trip. On our last trip I made sure we walked around one night.

We are getting ready for a winter storm also today thru Wednesday but luckily they are only calling for 7 inches here nothing like what you said you are getting. I couldn't imagine that much.

Finally got around to booking our annual Sept trip. Only staying 4 nights this time tho. Sept 1st thru 4th. But we are also going in May too.

So I am going to post this here because here you Dis might know better then others. So I book are trip for our Sept trip back to POP. Right away I started thinking because of the cuts for late summer deal i would look at other places. But then I started to get this guilt feeling for looking othere places, I am I weired for feeling this? or does a resort get attachment to you?. This will be our 5th stay at POP,we just love It. But It seems every year I go through this dought and then guilt trip. Should I stay some where else just because I have this weird feelings for POP?, just asking
