I don't know, but I do know it can go about 6 mph, we will be taking the old chair, the newer chair is bigger and we are afraid the airline could hurt it .

Good idea... I don't trust them with my luggage, let alone an expensive wheelchair...

I always watch them load it into the plane and take pictures while they are doing it, they see me taking pictures, I think that helps them to be more gentle .

I am so excited about meeting MrsK and Bill!

I told Terry on our honeymoon that my dream has always been to be in Magic Kingdom (DL or DW) for Christmas... It is so hard for him to get Christmas week off that this is as close as we will get for a while... I am so excited...

I bit the bullet and reserved us a hotel in Portland for the night before our flight...

I got a park and fly package, and it ended up being cheaper than just parking at the airport...

We have to be at the airport at 4am so that would mean we would need to leave our house by 2:45 or so... This way we can head up after dinner with the kids and get a decent nights sleep before the flight...

Okay, who am I kidding, we are going to be like the kids in the commercial... Too excited to sleep...

Hey lady!!! thought I chim in and say hi!!! Sorry I missed ur text last night I was sleeping!!! Mister Devon got sent home from school yesterday with a stomach big and I was stinking exhausted!!! So, I figured I response here instead of texting you at what 3:45 in the morn your time?? Yes we are going to Universal!!! This is will be the first time going to the one in Orlando thou! I am so excited. Dev and I both LOVE Harry Potter and I just can't wait to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter there! As of now I think we are planning on going there Wed Dec 8th!!!

Just reading along !!! We are soo close to the airport that it doesn't make sense to stay a night before flight , but if we had a long drive that is what we would do!!!

If we lived in Portland, we would just stay home, but we are about an hour or so away...

I keep envisioning us pulling a Home Alone moment and forget somebody... of course since this trip is just Terry and I, that shouldn't be an issue...

I am feeling really old at the moment...

My little brother is turning 15...

He can get his learner's permit now...

I remember driving to Bend the day he was born... And every summer when I went to visit, he loved to play and now he he just looks at me like I am a total dork...

I have 3 siblings from my biological Dad and Step Mom...

We do not seem them very often, but my kids love playing with them, so I am thinking it is time to plan a weekend over there...

Now that I am thinking about it, I think we should just stick with plan A and do all Disney days... It would be a boatload of fun to go to US, IOA, Seaworld, etc... but I don't want to lose any of the Disney magic... Heck, Disney is the reason we are going on this trip... Toni has missed a lot of the magic that i have gotten to experience cause she sat out with the kids while i rode all the rides... If we get a wild hair and get bored 1 day, we could always just drive up to US since it is only 30 minutes away and do that, but I think we are going to plan the whole vacation around WDW...

Just my 2 cents...
I think you should do at least one day at IOA since there are all the big roller coasters and you can at least enjoy them kid free. If you want to do Seaworld go when you have the kids because they will really enjoy that.

I am thinking of Sea World cause of the Manta! That looks like an awesome ride, plus i want to see Shamu... If I hit IOA, I will want to hit US also, and that will pull too many days away from Disney... Who knows, we will see what happens...
