here we go. i just sent off this letter:

i am currently waiting in line behind 600 people for VMK_babs room. to play the prize generator. in theory of not getting in early to only get booted, i waitied till 9 am (12 eastern) to get in line. only after waiting a while i get booted form the system.
why have you not had more than one game room open? like 5? clearly after the maze event, which was also very frustrating, even though i got my prizes which did make me happy. i don't see how you can give out prizes to those of us who will wait hours again today! please please please open another room or 4 with the game so we all really do have a chance to play and get the prize.

VMK_Flamingo came in our room for about a second and a half, then disappeared and never returned. Then I crashed for the second time. Now I'm trying to get back in. I would at least like to have the chance to be judged.
