Does anyone know who the manufacturer of the little soaps that come in the bright blue wrapper is ? I love them, and would like to purchase some of the same formula that Disney has. Tia

Thank You!! I see they only have the round soap.... I just wonder when they will start selling the kind that is in the blue wrapper. It seems it is a different formula than the round sort.
