Yes. The Commons is for ICPs only.

I don't think thats true because it says on the thing you can live there and I saw some youtube videos and there not all international.

It is true. CPs live at Vista, Chatham, and Patterson. ICPs live at the Commons.

that's not entirely true. i know of some CPs that lived in the commons. it is primarily international and the busses go to epcot and animal kingdom. but when things have been tight, housing has put cps there. it is more of an exception rather than the rule, but you no one can say definitely not. housing could put anyone on any program in any of the complexes.
