The Cinderella Castle Suite - Who's Stayed There?

How'd you get a tour?
I toured the suite too. There was a special Passholder event in December 2008, just after the Year of a Million Dreams ended. I was lucky to happen to be there for it. We had to sign up in advance and they took us up there in small groups. It was quite an experience!

I got to watch Wishes from the suite once. It was awesome :goodvibes

Best quote from the tour: "If it looks like gold, it most likely IS gold."

In August 2010 I was at a national convention at the Coronado Springs for a certain home-based business. The Director (and her husband) of the top sales team in the entire company got to spend a night in the Castle Suite. It was a perk of being the number one team in the nation. I'm not sure how it was arranged, if the business made a "contribution" or what. All I know is she said it was awesome!

We were told that Disney chose who, what, and when and that a night could not be reserved or paid for. But that is just what we were told. :thumbsup2

A gal I knew through another forum, The Pink Room, got to stay there in 2008 with her family when her daughter was at a fountain, and put her hand in the water. Apparently, they were watching for someone to do that on that day, and her daughter was the first to do it. Her daughter was approached by CM's and when the whole family was together, they were taken to watch the DVD, showing them what they won! She posted a bunch of pictures, and was in awe of the whole experience! Even though we have never met IRL, I feel as though it happened to someone I "know".

I'd love to stay in the Castle Suite. I'd like them to bring back the Year of a Million Dreams promotion. I never had the chance to experience it and it would be great to even have the opportunity to stay in the Castle. Long shot... yeah... but at least someone would benefit each night!

I don't know if my trip report is one of the one posted above because I was too lazy to click into all of them to check...LOL

But, we stayed in the Castle Suite as part of the Year of a Million Dreams promotion. It was the most incredible Disney experience ever. Absolutely amazing, from the time we were chosen until the time we left the castle the next morning. :goodvibes :cloud9:

Congrats on being selected to stay up there! I'm not sure if I read your TR or if it was posted above but I bet it was very magical! :)

Anybody have photos of the view from the suite? I didn't see any in the threads linked.

The jujube pink room?

I have! I posted on here on Sept 10th 2007. It was the day before our Disney Wedding! We spent the night before we got married at the Wedding Pavilion in the castle suite. We got to keep the robes. They were maroon and embroidered with the gold Cinderella C. It was amazing they gave us all the cute minnie and mickey wedding stuff for free. But the best part of the suite was the bathtub! You can't really take pictures of the view bc its all stained glass. You can barely see splash mountain from the window in the parlor room.

A Dis member used to work in Guest relations at MK & has toured the suite before. She said it was amazing :)
