we are staying at the cheyenne in february so were thinking of trying the buffet for dinner one night. can anyone tell me how much it costs per child and adult? i take it under 3s are free? and i can use my shareholder discount? and what drinks are included? and what is the earliest time we can eat there in the evening? and are we best to make reservations before we go?

while you're at it - any tips for cheyenne as we've never stayed there before?

thanks!

hi

ive not stayed at the cheyenne yet (off in 55 days!!) but have eaten there. The food is brilliant, there was soups, rolls, croissants, chicken legs, sausages, the nicest bbq sauce, chicken nuggets, pizzas, pastas, pasta sauces, mashed, baked and boiled spuds, chips, veg (yummy green beans) a chicken dish (curry i think), veal, roast pork, salmon dish, salad cart, sauces and a laden dessert cart which was glooooooooorious!!!

I think it was around €25 and adult and €12 a child but am not even 15% sure!!! try the dlrp food guide for prices (link on restaurant reviews page @ bottom). It was so nice and relaxed, food was hot, replenised alot and so tasty.

It opens at 6pm and id reserve as it gets busy, although february shouldnt be too manic.

under 3s are free, i think kids drinks (minerals) are included but not adults -you do get shareholders discount but unsure how much

Hope this helps!

We stayed at the Cheyenne in Sept 09 and loved it!! We have booked to go back again this year but this time for a whole week, I cant wait!

We were in the Annie Oakley building and it was lovely and quiet but near enough to the restaurant, Bar and the bus stop

We also ate in the chuck wagon and it was lovely, They always had loads of food out and plenty of variety, My hubby and dd (2 at the time) are REALLY fussy but they loved food here infact hubby cant wait to go back lol

I cant remember the price though as we paid with half board standard but this time havent went half board because dd eats very little so it would be a waste of money, Under 3's eat for free in all buffets i think?

Hope this helps

It was 21-22 euros Dec 09 for adults I dont recll child prices as dd ate free. Price included 1 free soft drink each and I used shareholders card for 15% off

Hi
We ate there in December but I can't quite remember the actual prices. Our bill for 2 adults and 3 children came to about 64 euros I think (with our shareholders discount).
The choice is good with salads, soup, barbecue things, kids pizza, nuggets, chips etc and a few other main dishes too.
The kids meals come with a drink but adults pay extra for the meal including a drink. Water is available in the dining area - you just go and fill a jug and take to your table so we just do that.
