the choices are overwhelming

I'm just starting my search for accommodations. We are wanting to travel mid-october. Would like a condo, but don't want to spend over $65/night. We are 2 adults and 2 children under 10. We are looking to stay 1 week, most likely saturday to saturday. Is it possible to find a condo at this price, or should I either increase my budget or look at hotels instead?

If you check out Grand Palms, you might be able to find a condo for that price. Several people have stayed there and have had good experiences. Here are a couple of links for you to give you an idea.

is there an easier way to search on vrbo? there are a LOT of condos on there, I want to narrow my search to 2 bedrooms at least. It could take forever, (as well as make me dizzy) scrolling past all those larger condos looking for handful that are 2BR.

You can have VRBO order the list by # of bedrooms.

Remember: you don't need the very best possible condo. You just need a really great one that meets your needs. Chances are there are several that would fit the bill.

Try www.vacationcentralflorida.com. They have 2 bdrm condos available for your dates and for your time frame they are at $399. per week. Once you add tax and cleaning, that should come in very close to the $65 per night you want to spend. There are some very good reviews from people on this board who have rented from Dave.

We used windsorhillsrent.com to find condos both times we stayed at WDW and got great condos with great prices. We did an inquiry on the website and then weeded through all the responses. The we cross checked the ones we'd picked with VRBO to see if either had a cheaper price. Sometimes owners advertise different prices on different sites.
