I did a double take when I read your thread title. Where is Whips Canyon and is it "Family Friendly" for us to talk about on the DIS.

(I think it was baked and then grilled for flavor when we went in 2007, but my memory may be a little fuzzy)

We ate there a couple of weeks ago and it was all grilled I believe. I'm not 100% on the pulled pork though. That could have been smoked.
