The Chew at EPCOT taping tickets have waitlist now

The website that distributes tickets for the tapings of The Chew at EPCOT on Oct 5, 6, and 7 shows there is a waitlist for availability. I don't know if they already distributed tickets at that website or not (possibly), or if this is how they will distribute all available tickets. I got on a waitlist for Thursday afternoon. The website is:
1iota.com and click on free tickets and find The Chew icon and click on that. Then scroll to the right to find the date you want. I really hope I can score tickets as I love that show. Good luck to all of us!

I am very curious as well, I am on a Waitlist for Wednesday, has anyone actually secured tickets.

Hi - we went last year to the Chew taping and from what we could tell everyone is "waitlisted" and you get emails a few weeks before the show that tell you if you got tickets to the event. We got emailed I think 2 weeks before the taping, me and my sister signed up for tickets last year and we both got emailed a confirmation for tickets to two shows last year, but only decided to go to one. If you do get tickets - take water with you and a sun hat. Unless they changed the set up. The wait is quite long between arriving and taping and the actual taping has an open ceiling and boy was it sunny. We were soaking in sweat and had to go back to our resort to change. It was a fun experience though, definitely I would go more prepared next time. And don't forget to eat beforehand! Good luck!!
