Please help, I last visted D.World in october, and have suffered really badly from withdrawel symptoms (I know it sounds dramatic but us princess's can be a bit like that)

I'd love to go back before I start college in september.
Now if I save my very hardest i could get 500 pounds together (maybe more if i get a job after exams, but its not a possibility at the moment)

I know this isn't enough for a holiday :( but if it was only a couple of hundred more my mum could pay

It could only be for a couple of days, a long weekend type thing, with no frills or added extras (ADRs + tours etc..)

and I know it would be cheaper to book all seperate, so cheap flights? hotels with free transport? cheapest park tix?

and if I'm being totally unrealistic could someone let me know before i get too involved in planning please.

Thank you

Wow...I like your determination!

But, I do believe you'll need a little more money than the £500 you could save. If you're Mum agrees that if you pay the £500 and then she will pay the remaining amount, then I think you could possibly do it, esp. if you can land a last minute deal. You could try Travel City Direct, they've been the cheapest ones we've looked at. They allow you to include tickets also.

It'll be a hard slog, but if you really want to try it then I think you should go for it :thumbsup2

An alternative would be to look at Disneyland Paris, I know it's not WDW, but at least you'll get a little of the Disney magic all the same. I don't know prices for DLP, but I'm sure you'd find them on the net!

Fingers crossed for you :goodvibes

try looking on teletext page 222 for last min bargins

last week I think someone put on here that travel city direct had a late deal of a week for 129 quid !

TCD are cheap !

I would try not to be nervous about it. Afterall, you want to go to Disney and if that means staying in a resort a little less than normal, then I'd go for it! I'd see if you can try to grab a last minute deal staying on Disney property, that way, you know the place you're staying won't be shabby.

Good Luck with your searching!!

we got a £99 each flight for 4 in 1999 with virgin off teletext. Then again cost me more cos we signed up to DVC:rotfl:

Thanks for all your help :)

We're looking into DLP alternatives just incase, but I think we'll keep both as last minute things too see what comes up.

Theres a two week window in july we can go any time in (I know july will be awful but i'm a good little planner :) )

Unfortunatley... Our boiler just broke and the replacement is 3000 alone.
Just think of the great holiday that 3000 could have got us!!

oh well, thats life I suppose,
all we need is a bit of pixie dust and we'll be back on track :goodvibes

Katy to be honest DW & I on our first trip done the no money thing,we weren't long married & skinter than the proverbial chimp's behind, now whilst we had a great time there was alot of if "we do this we can't do that" & we also done 2 Timeshares to get free passes:scared1: (Never again).Since then we have always said that we would only go if we didn't have to worry about money.I think to do WDW for a long weekend is just:crazy2: 2 of your days are taken up just getting there!Personally as you have only just been I would aim for 2009,more time to save means longer holiday & more fun.
HTH SD:thumbsup2
