I know! I knew I had one big can, but no idea I had two more! I think I must have been planning to make bread last year, and never did.

my grandma use to make one just for me at thanksgiving...and I would eat on it for a few days...I didn't want turkey, stuffing...just my delicious pie...but first I had a piece of the family pumpkin pie...didn't want to cut into mine just yet.

I am SO freaking looking forward to Thanksgiving this year. I Think I am going to order a big dinner from Honeybaked ham.. just for us.. THEn we can go to my grandmas, and then to my MIL. Because they are all crappy cooks.

We used to sneak bits of raw stuffing. We started to hover while Mom sauteed the onions and celery, then started dive-bombing once she added the bread crumbs.

She finally gave up and started making extra, then setting it aside in a small bowl just for us. Of course, then we started fighting over the bowl...

Awww. I'm watching ET, and they just had a brief clip of Gary Unmarried and talked with Jay Mohr. They asked him the secret to a good marriage, and he said, "Happy wife, happy life!" I thought that was so sweet!

DH always says, "It really is true that if Mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!" Somehow that doesn't sound quite as sweet.
