I love this photo, Almost as much as I love toffee apples!
It was taken at Magic Kingdom during Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party.
I love the fact I am only wearing 1 glove...
Duck bought a pair and we shared!
Pixie Dust 112-I have been using DCWV Once Upon a Time's papers too for some of my Disney layouts. They are fantastic papers! I'm glad I am finally using them on something.
Years ago, I would've killed for those DCWV Fairy Tale pages! They really are gorgeous!
I've made a couple of LOs recently: room for one more (I am especially happy with this one!) pins LOUD!
and best
I'm trying to get the rest of my Disney 2007 album completed by the end of May ... I have about 14 LOs left to do!
Hello everyone! This is my first time to the scrapbook boards. I just wanted to post my very first scrapbook page ever. A friend of mine asked everyone who knew her daughter to make up some kind of page to go into an 8x11 photo type of album. It's for her graduation, so I decided to do a scrapbook page, although I've never scrapbooked before, I came up with this. The picture was taken by a friend of my son's while they were in Paris a week and a half ago. I swear I didn't use a kit! I'm afraid that it looks like I did.
I'm definately finally going to use that Creative Memories scrapbook that I bought at a home party back in 2000. I bought the basic stuff back then, but never did anything with it. My x-acto sliding cutter thing doesn't seem to work well though. It keeps getting stuck, I don't think I ever used it enough to dull the blade. I had to hand cut everything for that page above and it was a pain.
I saw from this board that people digitally scrapbook, how big are the pages when you do that? Do you print those pages from your home computer?
What a fun LO PNWMom!! A couple of weeks ago I took my DG to DL for a Madsion and Nana day. She made me take a picture of her next to each one of these characters!!
Thanks for the compliments. I was trying to get the sense of roundness. (They are all in a circle around the Partners statue). Not so easy when you are working with rectangular pictures on square pages. It was Halloween time so I wanted the colors to reflect fall.
To answer your digital question, there are many options available. I'm a CM consultant, so I only use CM's Storybook Creator software. You can make three different size scrapbooks/pages (7", 12" & 11x8-1/2). You can either do a complete book or have individual pages(the 7" and 12") printed at the CM Photo Center which you can add to a traditional or PicFolio scrapbook, or place in a Page Frame. They are also going to introduce Poster Prints in two sizes soon.
I know that you can purchase a printer that will print 12" pages, but I'd much rather save the expense of another printer and send out to have it printed.
I hope this helps! I'm sure that others will tell what they do.
