Yzerbear!! Another great set of LO's.. DS is not up yet (spring break so we must sleep in!)..but I can't wait to show him. He went to DC few weeks ago on a class trip and said he wanted to go back and tour Gettysburg and Williamsburg more.. as well as DC... so I offered up the idea of seeing area battlegrounds and He jumped at it! So next summer we are headed out for our adventure!!! ;)

I'm such a slacker because I haven't even started my pages for DC from June, though I have pictures, paper, and supplies. DC is such a fun place. I've been there twice now and STILL haven't seen everything. The Smithsonian museums alone could each take a week.

My sister and I are going back to Gettysburg in less than a month! I have my list of monuments I need photos of all set to go! I looked through the pages I had done of Gettysburg, but not sure I like them. I know I'm going to get different pictures and can't help but think that I might even get better ones. I'm torn. I think I might finish that book with the pictures I already have printed out then do this upcoming trip digitally since I love how the Antietam ones are turning out. I don't know though. AHHH. I had being torn and undecided.

Battlefields are completely addictive! Once you've gone to one, you want to see them all. There is just something special about them. I've totally turned my sister into a battlefield junkie! She wasn't too excited to go the first time, but loves them now. I think I've even managed to talk her into going to Shiloh and Vicksburg sometime. :)

Yzerbear19,

Your pages are stunning. Photography is outstanding.

I'm heading to Niagara Falls this coming weekend, hoping to get some great photos.

Keep them coming!

Kirsteen- That is awesome!! I definitely am going to try that!

Kirsteen thanks so much for directing people to the instructions. I had to come see where the hits were coming from

Please everyone do download the instructions as often as you like - that is what they are there for.
The downloadable instructions are in my blog under class pages

Kirsteen's box is so fabulous - it really is. It has made me want to make a Disney box too

I think the exploding box will be my first attempt to be creative with pics outside of a scrapbook. Thanks so much for the idea!

I LOVE that box! Nancy, I agree with what you said in your other post--these are definite Christmas gifts! I've got to get working on them!! They might make good Christmas gifts for the girls I coach, just with pics on each one--to save $ on 14 sets of embellishments!!

Thanks again, Dolly, these are WONDERFUL!! :thumbsup2

Oh my gosh.... I can't wait to make one! I've got the instructions printing right now! Thanks so much for sharing.........P

Kirsteen, just a question. The Mickey sticker (?) in your box where did you get that? Looks like the one they give away in the parks to the kids.

Thanks girls! :goodvibes

Another digital layout. This one is pictures from the Observation Tower at the end of the sunken road. I have to give credit to my sister for all the pictures. I've never made it up to the top of the tower. I always chicken out part way up. I did make it higher this time than I did the first time, but not anywhere near the top. I love the pictures. I love how far you can see from the top of the tower. I love the mountains in the background. :)
