The Castle

We don't have any ps for CRT and probably will not get to eat there at all. However, I know my dd will want to go in the Castle. Can you actually go in it? I know there are characters in the lobby and am wondering if we could peek in with out eating? May be a strange question. (we've never been!) Thanks!

Well you used to be able to walk through the castle - there's even a gift shop there, but since they've started "Cinderella's Surprise Celebration" show, each time I've been there (Aug. 03 and Feb 04) it's been closed off. IT was closed off from the Main Street side, but maybe not from the Fantasyland side. Now when I say you can walk through it, it's like walking under a canopy sort of - and there's a beautiful mosaic on the walls. During off hours dining wise, they may let you in the lobby/waiting area of the restaurant and let you peek in the dining room upstairs. But there aren't any rooms or anything.
