these carts have actually run down some people on the resort board.

I guess we should be happy that the carts use the regular road at OKW, SSR, and the sidewalks are much, much bigger. Now I am not when I am behind one of these things. but slower traffic is much better than hurting other members or guests.

to my mind there is no excuse for security guards to run down people in a wheelchair.

So I am just happy that most of my trips I am spending at a DVC resorts - where these things don't happen.

I think Disney needs to reconsider the use of these carts or make the sidewalks big enough to handle both the carts and guest walking on it.

Yeah, I saw that post too. I wonder if the manager was aware of this incident. This is the kind of thing that makes most of the cast members very nervy--lawsuits and all.
