The Buena Vista Bugle

DCA is publishing a little newspaper called the Buena Vista Bugle. I just happened to pick one up off a small stack on top of a trash can. It is dated Summer 2012. I don't know when they distribute them, but it is really neat. It includes an article by Marty Sklar and a wedding announcement for Ariel and Eric. Other articles talk about lightning striking the Hollywood Tower Hotel and the Opening of the Carthay Circle Theatre.

I had seen a picture of one in someone's carsland trip report. Anyone know if they plan to continue this?

Issue #2 was released July 1. I have both. Haven't looked through them yet though.

It's a cute/fun free paper. A lot of it is about educating guests on what BVS is and on the park entertainment.

I've heard speculation that it's just for this first Summer of the new DCA. Nothing official if it will end or become something you pay for.

I'm sure they're in multiple locations. We saw them in stacks near the times board and also inside the FFP cafe on the side bar with the milk, sweetener, powders, etc. Definitely a cute read.

Yeah I was going to mention as well that we got both editions while we were there a few days ago. Great souvenir.

On Friday CMs were passing them out to folks waiting in the RSR FP line just before park opening. Just ask around if you not see any!
