Hi all! I'm so sorry for my delay in posts! I'm getting back into school to get my MBA and life has just been getting in the way! I'm also picking up fencing! I just started last night and my arm is kill-ing-me.
Back to the reviews! I last left you off at the most DELICIOUS ice cream/sorbets in France. Now where did we go from there?
We did travel through Japan, but we didn't eat or drink anything there... yet. So after watching the "candy lady" do her thing, we headed for Morocco.

You can see the construction on the left for the new restaurant they are putting in. I'm pretty excited about it. I've never really been interested in the other in Morocco.
We did head to a spot that was on my bucket list though.

Here we ordered the Vegetable Platter.

This had falafel which tasted just like a chicken nugget - weird... kind of good, but so weird. It also had couscous salad which I loved. My husband does not like couscous so I got all of it! Yummm!! Hummus - basic hummus. It was fine. Tabouleh which I like and my husband does not - another win for me! Lentil salad which was tasty and marinated olives (which I don't like, so finally a win for Mike!). The pita bread was alright. Overall, it was not amazing. Since it was super hot, they were handing out free cups of water which was fantastic. I didn't see this in any other country but that was a huge plus. I might go back, but there are so many other places to try.
We then headed over to America because it was time for the special Fourth of July show by the Voices of Liberty!! But before we sat down, I had to grab a special drink I was eyeing up. We headed over to the Fife and Drum Tavern.

And we ordered the American Dream. One layer of blue Icee, vanilla ice cream, and then red Icee. Perfect for the hot day! Definitely hit the spot.

We then ran into some great characters! (I just had to share!)

Next up, a quick relaxing stop in one of the most beautiful countries.
