Who else got tickets to see Bruce Springsteen at Fenway Park in September? Which night are you going? Where are you sitting?

I am going on Sunday, September 7th, and my seats are in section 149.

LUCKY LUCKY Karen. I am 'working my angles' at work to try and score tix. I will happily pay, just need to score tix.

It should be phenomenal. I wonder how the acoustics are at Fenway??? ;)

I believe he's one of those one hit wonders. You know, he's sold like 100,000 records, and he has that one song that everyone knows, "Born in the USA" and now he's trying to capitalize on that one great big hit song by playing the first ever rock concert at Fenway Park.

I got four tickets for the Sunday show.
I'm pretty sure...
It was weird... I got through on the Ticketmaster Web site and after waiting a few minutes I got in. It set four tickets aside for me, showed me where they were, and asked for all my billing and CC information.
After about two minutes, during which time it said the site was processing my card, I got an error message saying there was a problem processing my order, please start again.
I was HORRIFIED. Because there was no way I was going to get in again.
To make a long story short, I called my CC company, and it confirmed I had been charged for the tickets. Then I checked the Ticketmaster site and there's a place where you can look up your past transactions, and sure enough I had the same four tickets credited to me. So after confirming with the Ticketmaster site I was confident things went OK. I mean, I was charged for them, so...
Now we'll see if the tickets arrive in the mail!

ChefBilly: I hope that everything works out with your order. If that happened to me, I know that I would be a nervous wreak until I had the tickets in hand. I was freaking out because I couldn't remember my ticketmaster password, and they said I only had a minute to complete that portion of the ticket request. Did you get an e-mail confirmation of your order? I got one from ticketmaster within a few minutes of placing my order.

Oh, and by the way, I like your tag line. P.J. rocks!

Actually, the song was Corn in the USA and it sold millions and millions of copies. . .

Oh yes, Willy. You're right. "I ate corn in the USA. I ate corn in the USA." Many a people have eaten to that tune over the years.
