The boards seem quite slow lately

Slower than I ever recall them being, and for a longer period of time. I find that if I'm not posting early AM or late at night, I have trouble. Is the traffic spike from the new WDW promotions that large? If so, wow!

It's probably just that time of year....end of summer, kids going back to school....

I've noticed the same thing. Severe decrease in speed of the boards. Also noticed a drop in traffic on this particular forum, but I attribute that to the time of year, as Cheri suggested.

I've been getting the 503 server busy error a LOT lately too. Frustrating....

I've noticed it too. The boards tend to get that way once and awhile.

When I get the 503 error I delete my cookies using Lavasoft Ad Aware. No problems after I do that.

I haven't gotten any error messages lately, just slloooooooooowww performance.

I'd noticed that the boards were loading slowly, too. But, as Kathy suggested, I deleted all my browser history & cookies, and it's been faster.

I haven't gotten any error messages, but have noticed things running slower than usual. I blamed it on my crappy Net.

I haven't noticed any slowdown... But my computer is so slow, slow would be an upgreade! That's why I normally do everything in E Ticket... Like now!
