Thanks to all those people from the DE area that posted about already moving up their flights out of PHL/BWI, I was able to spread some pixie dust today!
I went out to check on one of my projects right before lunch. I have an out-of-state consultant who I work with - he is presently working out of their VA office, but has finally sold his house in Utah.
He was scheduled work with me through tomorrow morning, do an afternoon training session, and then fly out of PHL Saturday morning for the final inspection on his house before he goes to settlement Friday. When I saw him, he said he was thinking about calling the airline when he got back to the hotel tonight, to see if he could move his flight up.
I told him what they were reporting on the boards.....that flights were already being moved up.
He called the airline and got the LAST seat on the LAST flight going out tomorrow night at 5:40 pm. He was so thrilled, he took me out to lunch.
