The big shot HELP!!

So I found a big shot machine yesterday and bought the necessary equipment to use the dies... i just found out i need another thing to do the engraving. so I used the dye cutter shaped as circles and butterflies and it also engraved the plastic sleve that you sandwich the cutter and paper between.

Has anyone had this problem? and how do you fix it.

I'm not sure I understand what plastic sleeve you are talking about but if you mean the plastic plate(A,B,or C plate)and your dies cut or scratched it don't worry. They get scratched a lot and it doesn't hurt a thing.

Oh thanks. I found out yesterday that I need a multipurpose platform that I bought on amazon today.
