The big red envelope

We received our big red Virgin envelope to much excitement in the household
All the enclosures seem fine so thankfully no need to call.
We bought 21 day ulimate tickets. The voucher says that for off-site guests these should be exchanged at any of the parks. DTD is not listed as an option.
I was hoping to get my annual pass from DTD on the day we arrived. Can I exchange the voucher to get the others tickets at DTD ?

I have not done that but I don't see why when you are there picking up your AP you couldn't ask. I think they will exchange them no problem. Better to get them there than waste time lining up to exchange them at park opening better get going round the park early before the crowds hit.

Yes you can Reid. We almost always use DTD guest services for exchanging vounchers, either from Virgin or elsewhere. No idea why they don't list DTD, they never have.

This map shows 2. One is Westside somewhere near Disney Quest (#2) might mean DQ ticket sales windows. Other is at Marketplace, one we always use between Arribas Bothers (#26) and Team Mickey (#27)

If you can keep your troops awake as long as possible it will be better for the jet lag. We try to stay up till 11 pm (Orlando time) then we wake up at a normal hour the next morning instead of 5 am or something like that. Nothing more frustrating waking up only to discover the parks have not opened yet.

We always go straight into a park when we arrive as we find the excitement of being in there keeps us wide awake. A mosey round Downtown Disney would help keep you all active. Whatever you do don't lie down on the bed because you will not get back up again after the journey.
