The past two trips have been in September as it is the cheapest time to go while fitting in with my university course however been wanting to try October for better weather, Food and Wine festival and MNSHHP. October seems perfect; it will be busier than September I except however I dont think that will be a problem for us. After I got back from WDW in September I booked our flights with Virgin, in premium economy, for the space and rows of twos, as I believe it will make travelling with a child less stressful with the rows of two we dont have to sit next to someone we dont know and the extra luggage allowance as I will only be able to manage 1 suitcase. I like to have one hand free in case to grab DD. I knw she will be 7 however people tend to cut inbetween us if I don't have hold of her.
The next thing I booked was a cruise DD had seen this on the plan your next Disney holiday on the TV at All Stars Music in September and asked if we could go, and I said maybe one day. When I told her I booked the flights for next year she asked again so I decided to look at the prices as we needed to book another hotel for a few days to save on DVC points so thought we could do a cruise instead. I booked a 3 night cruise on the Disney Wonder. I was a hesitant in doing so, as it seems as worried I was going to be sat on my own with no one to talk to while DD is at the clubs I am very shy and find it very hard to start conversations with people, At least at the parks we can be on the go, however after looking into it there seems to be loads of stuff that DD will want to do with me, shows to watch and stuff and if she goes to the club for a while I can relax by the pool with a book.
Recently I have booked my accommodation at our home resort AKV. I booked the first 8 nights in a Savannah view studio; DD loves Animals so I am sure she will love this. The next 4 nights our booked in a 1 bed villa as when we did the tour I loved the villas so have decided to try one out, than it will be 3 nights on the cruise and 3 nights back at WDW in a 1 bed again (the last 3 nights still to book as more than 11 months out).
The plan this year is to just do Disney as with booking a cruise dont want to spend loads on tickets. DD does not want to do universal studios again she said the rides made her feel sick
We have just got the 21 ultimate tickets for us both. We plan to do MNSSHP twice next year as DD loved it and when we did it in September the night seemed to go really fast.
Well that is it till now, next to plan is ADRs.
