Who serves the best Shrimp Cocktail in WDW?

Le Cellier's has great presentation and a good, but different, taste. I admit I ordered it only after seeing pictures on the "food porn" thread. We are spoiled by living on the coast and normally, I don't find the shrimp fresh enough to be good in a traditional shrimp cocktail.
