1mph makes a whole lot of difference.
Decided to run at 5mph instead of 6mph.

I was able to do W5D1 on c25k easily.
5 minutes three times in 30 minutes.
I will stick with this. I even ran farther than me doing my usually 6 mph 3 minute/2minute intervals.
