The best lunch at DHS is...

How full does HBD lounge get? I would like to try it with DD on our next trip.

At prime meal times I think it can be crowded with a wait as there aren't that many tables. But otherwise there seems to be a pretty decent flow and relatively minimal waits. Tables are first-come, first-served. For lunch I'd recommend either "rope dropping" it and getting in line a bit before their noon opening or doing a later lunch mid-afternoon. There is an entrance/exit at either end of the patio. I *think* the line at the right as you're looking at it from the outside (by the former Starring Rolls) is typically people looking for to-go drinks from the bar and to get a table you enter off the walkway into the main restaurant. As others have mentioned, it's open to the elements (temperature, rain, wind etc.) so that can be an issue. Also be aware that the lounge and restaurant menus are entirely separate (i.e. can't order off restaurant menu in lounge and vice versa) with a couple of crossover items like the Cobb Salad (although that's presented differently in the lounge). We enjoy both the lounge and restaurant depending on our mood.

Great to hear. I love that it's outside. We have afternoon/evenings at DHS with no ADRs so this is definitely on my list.
