The best day for Halloween @ Disney

I want to take my son to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, but would like to know when is the best day that will not be so crowded?
Is anything else going on in October in Disney that I should know about that might be crowded during October?

i don't think even the 'crowded' parties are really crowded but if you want to really minimize the crowds try earlier in october and stay away from the fridays right around halloween.

well, there are no weekend available tickets for the party so i guessed we are lucked out
