One of the great things about owning DVC........

During the week I called MS about making Thanksgiving reservations at Ohana - she, of course, said I could call back today at 9 a.m. when MS opens, but she did suggest that since Ohana is a pretty popular place for TG dinner I might want to try calling the WDW DINE #, which opened at 7:00 a.m. today because of the TG 90 day window. Okay... so I did as she suggested and couldn't get through, sat on hold forever.......finally I just decided, forget it, I'll take my chances with MS at 9:00 a.m. WOW! I called at 9:05 a.m., got someone on the phone in 10 seconds (or less), and had my TG Ohana ressie taken care of in a matter of minutes -

I love my membership!

Can somebody educate me on MS? I didn't realize you can make dining PS thru them? Do they hold a certain number of PS ressies aside for members?

MS can make PS for groups of 8 or less. I called to make ressies at Spoodles for 14 and she couldn't do it. She put me through to the dining # but at least I didn't have to wait.

Ooops.. I just started a thread on the same topic.

The circuits were busy this morning, it was that bad. I couldn't even get into the queue.

Anyway, while others were waiting 3+ hours, I simply dialed our trusty MS line and got through immediately!
