The Barrie disney Store

Good news for anyone close to Barrie. I was just in it today and they were putting in more adults clothing. It will take up one quarter of the store. There were adult golf shirts, PJ's mens and female, t shirts, slippers, and more was to be added tonight. I talked with the store mangers because I notice the changes happening and she said yes they had gone away from the adult market but coming back to it the store is small but to have one designated corner was awesome. One quarter of the store The had very nice globes and of course a large selection of mugs. Also if you do not know if you pre-order The new two disc Peter Pan DVD you get 4 lithographs and 15 % of anything in the store when yo pick it up on release time.


Just thought I would share so nice to see Adult stuff coming back into Disney Stores well at least in Barrie. Which to me makes sense. Since you see Disney for kids at Wallmart and other discount stores.

We noticed the really nice polo shirts when we were at the store on Friday. My mom is going to pick up a couple next time we are down so she will have them for the March Break. The rose pink with Tink was cute! The best deal I got was on the "stuff" at the cash register. All stuff up there was 50% off and we have a "tea/princess party' coming up at the end of February. They had watches that were already marked down to 4.99 and they were half off that!! So I got princess ones for the girls and one pirates of the car. for the one boy who comes to my dd's parties!! (the boy she says she'll marry, but doesn't understand why he doesn't say the same to her ... she is only 5!!!). So I was excited with my find there! I'm so glad the store came to Barrie as we are only 20 minutes away!

I found this out too. Spoke with a store manager just yesterday who mentioned more adult clothing is coming. They also have lots of Peter Pan stuff. The lithographs are nice. They will also be releasing a Princess Movie after Peter Pan - a fairy movie or something.
I am really happy about the clothing. I remember when the Square One store had men's ties and shirts. Can't wait!

I remember being when 1/2 the store was adult product, sigh those were the days. And being a CM then too helped a bit too.
I went today to Sq.1 with DS and DH to look at the new stuff. I got a cute t-shirt with Dumbo and Timothy on it for me. Saw the new Peter Pan stuff for babies. I really like it but the characters on the overalls for boys are just a iron on. The Dumbo ones that they had over Christmas were at least applique . I loved the little onsie with Peter, John ect.. but the overalls looked kind of cheap.
