It was a very bad day in Kindergarten. One of the dreaded barf days.

Then I come home to water damage on my living room ceiling.

DH is bringing home a bag of ice and we'll be making daquiris until the blender dies!

If I knew, I'd forgotten that you were a kindergarten teacher. I love that age! My youngest will have his last day in K next week.

Sorry about the water damage. How did that happen?

Today Jake had his field day for kindergarten and I couldn't believe the way one of the kindergarten teachers dressed (which is normal dress, according to one of the moms). She has rather large, uh, melons and wears very tight, stretchy shirts. She also had on gauchos today, which didn't look good on her (I don't like them on anyone, but that's a different topic... ), but the shirt really accentuated her VERY full figure. Good thing that she teaches kindergartners and not middle school or high school... The shirt barely covered everything, too. Wow, was my thought.

Sorry about the water damage. How did that happen?

I teach up to grade 3 (it's a french school so I only teach each grade a few hours a week) but kindergarten is my favourite. It was a tough group this year but I absolutely adore them. They are so sweet and funny and interesting. I'll miss them during the summer.

We live on the top floor of our apartment building and the roof needs fixing, so we've gotten some damage this year. It took them almost a year to fix the damage we had in the bedroom so I'm ready to raise hell with the management!
