The BALD and the BEAUTIFUL go to DIZZY world! 4/2 epcot!

I'm so glad that the weather was perfect and it sounds like you had a good time. :)

Thank you, we did.:goodvibes

Aww that's to bad that Reya didn't like test track, but the her conversation with the other little girl sounds adorable. I love the picture of her posing in the sunglasses in front of the floral display...too cute! The weather looked beautiful this day and I can't wait to hear how the rest of the day went

I know, I'm really bummed that she wasn'ta big fan of TT. Oh, well. At least she tried.

She's always wanting to wear mommy or daddy's sunglasses. :cool2: Usually she puts them on upside down though. :rotfl:

I'll have another update today.

Phew, caught up again!

Poor Reya, she's fine one minute & loses it the next! At least she was brave on Test Track, the look on her face said it all though!

I love the conversation with her new friend Kylie! That was so precious!

Can't wait for more!

Yep.... I'm starting to think she's bipolar. She can't make up her mind what she likes and what she doesn't.

I'm very proud that she at least tried TT.... Not happy she tried taking off her seat belt during the barrier test. :sad2: :rotfl:

Well, poor Reya on Test Track. It is really exciting that you got to ride something together though!

And how cute that she made a friend! I love when DS has converstations with other kids, it's really funny what they talk about!

I know I LOVE kid talk!!! :lmao:

At least Reya survived test track!!!! Cant wait to hear about rest of your day

Coming up soon! :)

Unfortunately we didn’t have much time to explore Innovations. As a matter of fact DH and I have never really been able too. :confused3 This makes me sad, because there looks like so much fun stuff to do. I’m making a promise to myself that the next time we visit we will MAKE the time.;)

We mostly just walked around to admire the cool things that we‘d like to do someday. And Reya wanted to get pictures taken while sitting on this bed and chair for some reason??!? So I obliged .

DH and DD did however Play and star in their own video game. Reya loved, loved, loved it! And I thought it was hilarious.:rotfl2:

Once they were finished we met up with everyone else again. We were all starving because we skipped breakfast that morning. So we all decided on the Electric Umbrella. The food wasn’t too bad, but we waited in line for what seemed like forever. And being the klutz that I am, I spilt all my fries on the floor as I was carrying the tray to the table. Fortunately they gave me new batch of fries, and they were nice, hot, and fresh. Just like I like them. :woohoo:

After lunch we went to get FP’s for Soarin’. I have to say one of my only complaints about this is how you have to go inside the building to see what the wait time is. This wouldn’t be such a big problem if you could bring strollers in with you. Jayden was sleeping at the time so we just sent the boys in to see what the wait time was and to get the fp’s if need be.

After getting the FP’s we headed over to the Living Seas with Nemo and friends.:fish:

I figured Reya would LOVE the ride since she’s such a big fan of the movie!!! But NOPE, I figured wrong!!!

Once we stepped inside the building, she started up with her screaming and crying again, and how she was scared and didn’t want to go on. This was really getting on my nerves. How in the world can anybody be scared of Nemo…. So she freaked out the entire time we were in line. ((which was only 5 minutes or so))

I thought that once we boarded our clam she would calm down after she realized that there was nothing to be scared of, but she didn’t. She cried the entire ride. Luckily I was in a separate clam with Jayden, while DH had to deal with the screaming 3 year old.

When we arrived at the living seas there was a showing of “Turtle Talk with Crush” that was about to start. So we got in line for it right away.

Once we were let in the theatre. The girls went to sit up front in the “sea grass” while the rest of us were in the front row. Now, I KNOW Reya couldn’t be scared of Crush. Right?!?!?

To be continued ………………………………

Oh, I sure hope Reya wasn't afraid of Crush! But, I have a sinking suspicion that she might have been....

I'm not sure what is going on with my photobucket account, but I'm in the process of getting it fixed so my photos return, until then I won't post anything new!!

Although I would like to take the time to say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to my sweet, beautiful little Girl who is 4 today!!! party:

Aww Happy Birthday!!! :goodvibes

Well, I am all caught up! I sure hope the pictures will show up again soon so I can go back and see them.

Reya found her prince! How sweet :)

:yay: for Epcot! Too bad Reya does not like TT :( Maybe next time she will be not so scared. Sounds like Reya was just having an off day in general?

Happy birthday to Reya!!!

Happy Birthday Reya!!

Happy Birthday Reya!!

I think I know what is going on with your photobucket - it almost happened to me twice while I was writing my December TR. You are only allowed so much bandwidth on a free account for a month, if you exceed that your pictures will not be visable until your month resets (based on the day that you originally set up your account). I got emails from them both times that my bandwidth was about to be exceeded, I'm surprised they didn't send you one. The only way around it is to wait for your month to reset OR pay for a pro account.

First, Happy Birthday to Reya, I hope she had a great day!

I'm glad they gave you new fries!

It's annoying that you can't bring strollers into The Land. Okay, it's annoying that you can't bring strollers into anywhere, really. I understand resturaunts because they're so small. Everything else, I don't get.

That is strange that Reya was afraid of Nemo, that is pretty much the tamest ride I've ever been on! It's very odd how she wasn't afraid of anything and then she became afraid of everything. It would frustrate me SO MUCH if DS did that, and I would be the parent bringing my screaming kid on some rides because I would be totally convinced that he would get over it and be fine!

The elevator would have freaked me out!!!
i guess i never subbed to this trhead- whoops- but i have now. i need to go back and view the pics from your last two installments once photobucket returns for you.

I am finally caught up:banana: I will definately have to go back and see all of the pics.

The beads with Reya sound so sweet. How cool to have a Prince at Disney:) And the conversation of her and her little friend:lovestruc too sweet!

I am with her on Test Track:rotfl2:We rode it back in 2008 and the first time it stopped just before it was over:confused3 so the cm asked us if we wanted another ride. I was done and gladly saying nooo. Ty dh and Sierra were all over it and they didnt even get us off. Just let us go right back through. I didn't let them live it down after that:lmao:

Loving your tr can't wait to read more!

Everything is fine before the show starts! ;)

Everything is fine when Crush comes into view and knocks on our human tank. :thumbsup2

Everything is fine as Crush is talking to us and answering all the “little dudes” questions. :goodvibes

Everything is NOT fine when Crush swims out of sight, and then swims as fast as he can, and crashes into the glass of the “human tank”!!! :sad2:

OHHHHHH NOOOOO!!!

Reya jumps up from the floor, screams at the top of her lungs, and is hysterical! :scared1:

The whole audience and CRUSH are speechless….. Crush is apologizing profusely for scaring my “little dudette” and Marsha has to escort her out of the theatre because she’s crying so hard.

She must get it from her father?!?!? :rolleyes1

Anyway….......

After my daughters meltdown and a great show, we headed over to see Figment! :figment:

Of course Reya started freaking out before we even boarded the ride. Marsha was trying to reassure her the entire time that there was nothing to be scared about. Luckily she quickly calmed down after the ride had started and she realized there was a cute little dragon involved in this ride.

After we left Journey Into Imagination, we noticed that Honey I Shrunk the audience was about to start, so we decided to go ahead and catch the show. I already knew right away that Reya wasn’t going to handle this show well, but we proceeded anyway. :confused3
She was even being a wuss during the cheesy pre-show. But I ended up being proud of here because she didn’t scream and cry. ((Not once)) But she didn’t watch any of the actual 3-D show either. She just sat in Marshas lap and hid her face the whole time. I could handle that, just not the screaming and crying. I was able to enjoy the show, so I was happy. :thumbsup2

After HISTA we grabbed some toasted almonds and started our stroll through World Showcase!

Before we hit Canada we ran into these adorable ostriches from Fantasia.

Normally DH and I start in Mexico because we like to eat at the Cantina, but it was closed for a refurbishment , so this year we decided to be rebels and start in CANADA!! :woohoo:

We ran into Bambi, Thumper, and Flower while we were in Canada! ((So Cute))

Then we walked to the United Kingdom

Notice Reya’s beads!!

While we were there we saw Mary Poppins and Alice. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet them though, because they were getting ready for a break when we showed up. ((There's always next time)) :sad1:

After exploring the UK we made our way across the bridge towards Paris. Along the way we saw Aurora and her prince.

To be continued…………………..

Oh, poor Reya! I'm so sorry that she is so frightened of things, but I bet Crush made the whole thing hilarious! At least I hope it ended up that way! I can imagine that HISTK was probably not one of her faves, but good for her for just not watching! :thumbsup2

The World Showcase pics are gorgeous! Love the Flower & Garden Festival! :goodvibes

Wow, I've missed a lot. All caught up! That is not cool with IOA. 40$!?! That's a hefty price difference. Sounds like such a disappointing day but al least you made the most of it. That stinks that Jayden could ride only one thing and that a lot of things were closed. I would of gone to Guest Relations and asked for some money back or something.
Let me find the positives for you. The girls were having a good time. You got to ride Spiderman. You got to some what enjoy Jurassic Park. You got to take all the sights in.
On One fish, two fish you can control how wet or how dry you get. There is a song playing and it says something like "One fish, two fish up up up. Red fish, blue fish down down down. When they say go up the water will squirt to the bottom and so on. So depending on what mood you are in you can decide if you will follow directions or not and get wet or stay dry. I'm chaperoning my DD's one day field trip to IOA in May. It is free to chaperone and you are free to go around the park. You just have to check in your kids a few times through out the day.:thumbsup2
Sounds like a fun day at Epcot. I can see how that can be annoying with Reya being afraid of everything. I'm sure she'll out grow it by your next trip. When she is older and you tell her "You were afraid of Crush and Nemo" I'm sure she'll think that is hilarious.
