FYI - A "Yinzer" is a person from Pittsburgh. We have funny phrases. Yinz could be said in a sentance like:
Pittsburghese: "Are yinz goin' to da sas side, n'at?"
This means: "Are you (plural) going to the South Side, (and that)?"
"Red Up" means to clean up. "Chipped Ham" is thinly sliced ham. There are several more I won't go into. I am just happy I rarely get caught uttering these phrases.![]()
